I am a lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, having worked for both large and small legal firms in New Zealand throughout my career.
My self-run firm provides legal advice in a relaxed manner, where clients have the certainty that their lawyer is approachable and responsive.
Clients know I handle their file from beginning to end, without it being delegated to junior staff. This has the added benefit of me being able to build rapport with each client. Along the way, I develop a sound knowledge of their business lives and personal affairs.
I am a former Councillor of the Auckland District Law Society Inc, a member of the Property Law Section of the New Zealand Law Society, and a mentor in the University of Auckland Business School Mentoring Programme.
I have previously lectured at both AUT University and Unitec .
Susan Kingston has acted for our business interests for over 15 years and she has been involved in some very difficult negotiations for us. We have found Susan always professional and strategic in her thinking. She has worked hard, responded promptly, and succeeded in getting the best solution for us as clients. Susan is a pleasure to deal with and I am more than happy to be contacted to discuss the value she provides our business.” – Erik and Anna Arndt
I first met Susan when I was a Partner, Hesketh Henry, Commercial lawyers, Auckland. Susan was immediately recognised as a hard-working, diligent and capable lawyer. Over the years Susan has handled my personal legal affairs and I have referred a number of people to her as she is an excellent lawyer.” – Julie Iyengar, Senior Legal Officer at NSW Department of Health
Susan has been our Solicitor for many years in residential and commercial transactions. I thoroughly recommend her as a practical, efficient and knowledgeable lawyer. She is pleasant to deal with and has always delivered excellent advice and results. – Trevor Canty
